Welcome to Willow View Park

This last year has seen the planting of many indigenous trees and shrubs on the park, and the construction of a new pond area which has been carefully landscaped, and is a haven for wildlife.

David Bellamy Conservation Award winner. We are delighted that leading conservationist David Bellamy has selected Willow View Park as a recipient of his coveted Conservation Award at the Silver Level.

Willow View Park is a family run, luxury residential park homes estate for the retired and semi-retired. The park homes are new and luxurious and set in this mature but newly developed park with stunning views across the Devon countryside.

The park is situated approximately 2 miles from the quaint village of Whimple, between Exeter and Honiton in East Devon. Both Exeter and Honiton are easily accessible by the A30 and also the Devon coastal towns of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are within easy reach of Willow View Park.

The Park has been owned for the last 50 years by the Podbury family. Willow View Park is owned by Gordon and Noel Podbury and managed by Gordon and his wife Claire. The family have recently been working hard towards further developing the park and they aim to provide a first class private residential park homes estate for the retired and semi-retired.
