New Homes

All new homes will have the benefit of main services, with the exception of gas. New homes will also have the benefit of the Gold Shield 10 year Warranty.

Prices of all new homes are inclusive of delivery and siting, central heating, standard furnishings and fittings, brick skirting, standard steps, pathways and VAT. Many of our residents have taken the option to upgrade to brick paved paths and driveways at extra cost.
All new homes also come with a 22ft. x 10ft. Compton garage alongside the home.This generous size allows space for a car and ample room at the back for storage or a small workshop area.

We can supply you with brochures from any of the park home manufacturers who meet our own high specification requirements, and we will be happy to help you plan and design your new home.
