All new residential park homes will have the benefit of main services, with the exception of gas. New residential park homes will also have the benefit of the Gold Shield 10 year Warranty.

Prices of all new residential park homes are inclusive of delivery and siting, central heating, standard furnishings and fittings, brick skirting, standard steps, pathways and VAT. All new residential park homes also come with a 22ft. x 10ft. Compton garage alongside the park home.This generous size allows space for a car and ample room at the back for storage or a small workshop area.
