Adjacent to the park is the Long Range International Swimming School. Here you will find a lovely heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, bar and restaurant.

Whimple village is nearby with its village shop, post office, hairdressers, church, two pubs, a doctor's surgery and a vet. A bus service runs to the village from a stop five minutes walk away from the park and a regular train service from London (Waterloo) to Exeter and Penzance runs from Whimple. Willow View Park is set in beautiful East Devon and situated in seven acres with adjoining countryside and far reaching views across to rarified Dartmoor.

The historic cathedral city of Exeter is 10 miles away and the Regency seaside town of Sidmouth is 7 miles away.

The popular resorts of Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are approximately nine miles from the park. You will find many golf courses nearby, good angling from sea or riverside, cycling and many countryside and coastal walks.
